Your satisfaction is our priority. If your MoxiSport gear isn't right for you, we make returns simple.
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
How to Return
Step 1: Email support@moxi-sport.com with your order number.
Step 2: We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item back (customer covers return shipping).
Step 4: Once received, we'll process your full refund within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
That's on us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

- Personalized or customized products
- Items showing signs of use or wear
- Gift cards and final sale items
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it free of charge. After 12 hours, the order may already be in processing.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most customers see the refund within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
