Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- United Kingdom, Europe: 8–16 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the World: 12–25 business days

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country's authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

Lost or Stolen Packages
For packages marked as "Delivered" but not received:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office
- Allow 48 hours (carriers sometimes mark delivered prematurely)
- Contact us within 7 days for assistance
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of order placement.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.
